Sierra Research maintains a library containing thousands of technical (e.g., SAE and AWMA) papers, reports, and vehicle certification records obtained from a variety of sources including the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, California Air Resource Board, California air pollution control districts, and standard reference materials. In addition, some Sierra Research Reports are available for purchase.

The company has rapid access to publications available from other sources through direct and Internet linkups.  A computerized library management system enables rapid identification and location of documents through date, author, organization, and key word searches.
